All frozen products shipped from PG eMart are shipped frozen from our warehouse. Please freeze the products immediately upon receipt. Products must remain frozen until they are ready to be consumed. We are committed to using only the highest quality ingredients.
Refund and Replacement Policy
For perishable products, we do not accept returns. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to the damage on the packaging, you must take a snapshot of the product upon receiving your order and immediately contact us via email and follow by WhatsApp. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements.
